Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handle basic office duties such as answering and routing phone calls, responding to email, maintaining records, data entry and reporting
  • Analyze office processes and policies
  • Develop creative solutions to problems
  • Answer questions and track down information for employees, vendors, clients, and others as appropriate
  • Support team members by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties
  • Ensure the office is well maintained, organized and operating efficiently
  • Assist with special projects such as process improvements, budget development, report writing, and more

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience in a support type role in an office setting
