Digital Content Coordinator 

Position Summary

The Digital Content Coordinator is primarily responsible for overseeing daily, weekly and monthly asset requests for the online marketing team’s ecommerce accounts. This role is critical to the team because the Digital Content Coordinator gathers and enters large amounts of the company’s data into various online account templates. The Digital Content Coordinator also needs to track and report all accounts outgoing assets and answer all requests and concerns from outside vendors. The person in this role acts as a funnel in the digital process by streamlining information for others to use.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver digital content in a timely manner to global eCommerce websites
  • Ensure accuracy of digital content and attributes before publishing to eCommerce websites
  • Work with internal/external support teams to determine which assets best meet goals/deadlines
  • Work with various brand, eCommerce and publicity teams to ensure appropriate assets are deployed to support their specific marketing needs/dates globally
  • Recommend ways to optimize current processes
  • Work with internal/external partners to secure appropriate assets if not readily available
  • Document complete project scopes from initial request to publishing content and update process documentation as needed
  • Strategize, organize, and implement a variety of projects, requiring coordination with marketing teams, technology groups, and/or third party vendors

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • Minimum two years experience in online digital support for consumer products
  • Ability to work with multiple business partners (internal and external)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn internal systems/processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs as well as Adobe Photoshop
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Must be adaptable
